HOW TO ORDER YOUR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS PDF Print E-mail
Written by Administrator,  Monday, 23 February 2009

You can order your repeats in many ways:

You can tick the required items on your prescription slip (right hand side) and hand it over at the reception desk.

Or you order your repeats via email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

It is also possible to order your repeat prescription using our online services. You must be a registered patient at the Wenlock Surgery and you must also be eligible to have a repeat prescription without a consultation with the doctor or one of the Practice Nurses. Please ask at the reception desk to give you a username and password if you have not yet used this service before.

For safety reasons we ask you not to request repeat prescriptions over the telephone.

Please put in your request at least 2 working days before you run out. Repeat prescriptions are issued at the reception desk.

We like to see patients on long-term medication every 3-12 months. Therefore at the end of that time you will be asked to see a doctor or nurse before we issue a further prescription.
